The data I collect, in person, on this site are: name and email address. This data is voluntarily provided by those who contact me. Some data are optional (surname) and you are free to decide whether or not to provide them.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software that run this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data are not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, browsers and the parameters of the computer system used to connect to the site, navigation data, including the time of the request and the response obtained from the server.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of my site, for the improvement of the service and to check that it is working properly.

Place of processing
The data are mainly processed at my registered office at Via Prelà 11, Vasia Pantasina, - Imperia or at the place where I will be when I access the mailbox.

Data retention period
I process and store personal data for the time required by the purposes for which I collected it.
If I have obtained your consent to process the data, I may retain the data until you revoke your consent.
I may also be obliged to keep your personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period I will delete the data collected and the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to portability can no longer be exercised.
Details on the processing of personal data
Contact form
If you write to me via a contact form, I use your data to reply by e-mail to your request for information or quotation. In order to write to me via a contact form, you must accept this Privacy Policy. Without this consent no message can be sent from the contact form. Your data is stored in my e-mail archive and backups.
Who has access to this data: the e-mail address info@oliopietralata.it is only accessed by me Marco Avegno.

Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics for traffic statistics on my site; I have set up Google Analytics so that your IP address is anonymised.
The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website (including the first part of your IP address) is then transmitted to Google and stored on its servers in the USA. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, and will provide this information, in aggregate form and not linked to your identity, through Analytics reports and other information services.

I look at Analytics to better understand what my users like and don't like, and to improve the content of this site.
