Pantasina is located in a small valley in the hinterland of Imperia, 450 metres above sea level. Its territory is characterised by typical Ligurian terracing, thanks to which it is possible to cultivate in such a hilly, otherwise impracticable place. A large part of the area is cultivated with olive groves. Given their geographical position, the crops benefit from optimal climatic conditions, which make the characteristics of the fruit highly prized and unique. Great passion, dedication and attachment to these places have made it possible to continue such hard but rewarding work.
