The Pietralata farm was
born from the passion of
Marco, a young olive
grower, for working the
land, which he inherited
from his maternal
grandmother. Over the
years, Marco has turned
this passion into a
vocation, giving life to a
young and dynamic
enterprise founded on the
tradition of his centuries-
old olive groves.
Linked to the past but
with an eye to the future,
the Pietralata brand
(Latin: "large stone")
refers to the name of the
ancient shire of which
Pantasina was part, the
heart and frame of
Marco's beloved groves.
The company, therefore,
does not focus on large
production quantities, but
rather on excellent
quality, with exclusively
artisanal processing of all
its products, which are
unique and respectful of
the consumer's taste.
